Founded in 2014 by Sander Warffemius, LevelUp4U started as a coaching service for neurodivergent adolescents and young adults. We have since expanded to offer vitality workshops, personal training, movement & nutritional coaching, futurology events, and business start-up consultations.

Having faced significant challenges as a neurodivergent, Sander started LevelUp4U at the age of 18. His vision was to
create a space that looks beyond labels like ADHD, Gifted, and Autism, focusing instead on inclusion and personalized paths to success.

He became a seasoned lifestyle coach, fitness trainer and nutritional consultant whose neurodivergent perspective and early challenges profoundly shaped his approach to personal development. From facing exclusion and not fitting into traditional educational systems, and enduring battles with depression and surviving suicide from a young age, Sander forged a resolve to transcend these adversities and dedicated himself to fostering environments that uphold love, personal growth, inclusion and curiosity.

With the support of various mentors and coaches, Sander's curiosity and compassionate nature flourished. He became a certified fitness trainer, motivational coach, behavioral coach, and nutrition coach. As an autodidact with an insatiable curiosity, Sander has explored a wide array of subjects, building a robust knowledge base in human vitality, movement science, philosophy, and futurology. Sander’s curiosity fuels his continuous exploration across multiple disciplines—be it geopolitics, futurology, science, philosophy, or entertainment—allowing him to engage clients in rich, interdisciplinary conversations that challenge and broaden their perspectives.

Sander navigates client interactions with a relentless optimism and commitment to fostering the client's passions, strengths and past successes to seed future achievements. By creating an environment where radical honesty is conventional, Sander provides a safe space for clients to confront and analyze their challenges. As a Thai-born U.S. raised Third Culture Kid Pimvipha faced her unique challenges in navigating a cultural fusion identity.
Her multicultural perspective and adaptive approach to personal development have deeply influenced her passion for exploring the relationships between mind, body, self, and identity. Building on the experience of battling depression and anxiety during her adolescence and early adulthood, her personal proclivity to introspection, mindfulness, and mysticism developed her ability to coach others to analyze and navigate emotional and cognitive landscapes.

Her academic studies in mathematics, English literature, and linguistics alongside immersive explorations in philosophy, cognitive psychology, and cognitive linguistics, honed her analytical skills and systems thinking. And her passion for visual design and storytelling have advanced her creative skills and thinking.
